This is like being in a private jet. It's a hybrid service - between first and business class and runs only out of London City Airpot . Only about 30 seats on the plane so you end up being 'cared for.The seats are very comfortable branded as 'Club World Seat' where most things can be adjusted.Most importantly power points are easily accessible if you need to charge /work
