Hôtel De Paris Monte-Carlo Unveils Princess Grace Suite

Amidst a dramatic makeover, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has revealed one of the most luxurious accommodation in the world – the Princess Grace Suite, a tribute to the iconic Princess Grace of Monaco.

From February, the exclusive USD$48,000 (approx. AUD$59,960) per night suite on the French Riviera will be open for bookings. For this price tag, guests are welcomed in a two-storey, 910 square-metre space that boasts refined, modern contemporary design decorated with precious materials.

Panoramic views of the Mediterranean are offered on the enormous terraces and an infinity pool and jacuzzi are just some of its impressive amenities. Throughout the suite, memories of Grace Kelly who was a celebrated actor, can be found including some of her work, personal souvenirs, and her favourite poems and books.

The luxury apartment is targeted at the elite thus a range of prestigious bespoke services are at the ready for such favoured guests. Meet and greet is provided at the airport or heliport, as is a private in-suite reception and concierge service.

In addition, luxury amenities and accessories are replaced every day while each guest receives a personalised welcome gift.

As well as being frequent guests at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the Princess Grace and Prince Rainier were married there. Other A-list visitors include Rita Hayworth and Cary Grant, and music heavy weights Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

Princess Grace and Prince Rainier’s son Prince Albert is said to have had a hand in the design of the suite. Grace Kelly became Princess Grace when she wed Monaco’s Prince Rainier on 18 April 1956 and died on 14 September 1982.

Pictures of the Princess Grace can also be found in throughout the suite, which have come from the palace archives. The Princess celebrated many important events of her life at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, which she considered to be a special place.
