Rudest checkin and ticketing staff I have ever encountered! Checkin man continued a running conversation about his daughters school with another bag handler. Barely made eye contact, failed to give us info about lounge access. When we failed to receive the onwards ticketing Singapore-Melbourne as we had in Australia out bound, he did all he could to wash his hands of the problem. When we finally made it to ticketing in the Business class lounge, the ticketing clerk said virtually "computer says no!!" and it was not a rerun of the British comedy show Little Britain.
Whole experience felt like a budget busline.

Hate the BA one back and one forward seats. Qantas was ok but underwhelming

This was the cheapest flight combo option at the time and I appreciate the flights. However I would choose Air Vietnam or even China Southern over BA another time searching price competitive business class flights.
