Review
This is AirCanada's premier lounge. It works like a canteen! The floor was littered with scraps of food, melted chocolate. The quality of food was at best average (can't go wrong with serving a salad), the soup tasted like it was out of a packet or can. The carrots in the soup were dehydrated! At one stage, the lounge was screening news in Cantonese when the passengers were all Westerners. An alert was made to the Front Desk, her response was please let the kitchen staff know, they operate the AV system!! There is only one normal toilet and one handicap toilet with one basin, and one other basin outside. Clearly insufficient for passengers.
