Siem Reap has some wonderful places to visit. We did a private tour of a lotus farm where we saw a temple older than Angkor Wat! 1100 years Plus! We also received a blessing by a monk. We went to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Lara Croft tomb raider temple on a 39-degree day but it felt more like 45! it was so hot. We had another very hot day travelling by Tuk tuk to Komong Khleand (2hours each way) but well worth the trip to see the floating village by boat on the Tonle Sap Lake. It was a fantastic insight into Cambodian rural everyday life. We went out for dinner to Cuisine Wat Damnak one of the Top 50 restaurants in Asia -we were not that impressed. But at the all-female restaurant, we experienced divine flavours!
