Terrible for business class the seat were very narrow being by a window in a stall type seat you had to step over some one to get out, the service was basic as was the food

The class of travel BA was subpar and cramped. The BA codeshare with Finnair was brilliant from LON to Helsinki however the return flight on the BA aircraft for the same sector was awful. The BA aircraft was basically 3 economy seats converted to 2 with no leg room and all inflight services were poor. For your customers benefit, you should use all codeshare flights in future. BA is a terrible experience and should be avoided at all costs.

Qantas great on the way to Haneda. BA has really strange business class configuration and we were unable to check in online so ended up being seated apart on flight to London and had to ask another passenger if he would be happy to swap. Despite strange business class configuration BA from London to Haneda on return journey was great. Qantas Haneda to Sydney really disappointing as a celebrity chef and his young family were in our cabin and everyone else was virtually ignored with all staff fussing over him. Qantas business class seats are comfortable tho and in general staff are great

it's 2-3-2 configuration for biz class, you are better off taking the middle rows, as mostly likely there's an empty space between two seats. On the window side, there's no space between two seats, no difference to economy seats
