Amazing scenery and shore excursions, right history and cultural experience, definitely worth a visit.
Accommodation onboard is good, with balcony, decent size bathroom.
Food sucks, only buffet, average quality, no alarm carte. 8-10 guests sharing a table. Or RMB398 pp upgrade to VIP floor with better food option, but still buffet style I think

There are couple of free shore excisions , and three at additional costs.
We visited ShiBaoZhai石宝寨，and White Emporer City (this one at additional cost), very interesting, with beautiful sights and history. Also cruised along River Goddess at with Gorge, what a view!
We did not visit the Ghost city (adfitional cost) due to fog. Compared to summer, water level in Autumn is higher at With Gorge, so you can cruise a bit further into the River Goddess.

After disembarkation at Yichang, we joined the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydroelectric dam in the world
