Review
Super crowded, services are terrible, food non existing, you have to book the shower service, and it was busy. Staff said the lounge is soon to be renovated.. perhaps facilities will get better, but food and staff services to be renovated ??

KLM Business Class Lounge at Amsterdam
KLM Lounge was very crowded, food almost non existing, you need to wait for quite a while to access the shower room. Facilities are basic and Services are lousy. we rate it 3 star. A renovation is said to commence soon.
