Average novotel business like hotel, there's a pool but not open that day for cleaning.. Rooms are ok. The reasons for booking are close vicinity to the airport and extension of expiring Accor membership points. Turned out that, it looks close, but its on the other side of the train line, so you go for a detour and back to airport, taking 20 minutes to arrive, the receptionist told me 10~15 minutes🙄 You could book other hotels which maybe further from airport but taking the same time or quicker to get to the airport. And because its booked on expedia, you are not eligible for reward points or extending expiring points 🙄 Disappointed..

You can book a hotel further from the airport, and possibly quicker to get to the airport.
And if you need earning new points, you have to book with the hotel direct (or direct through a travel agent, not sure)
