Standard business class lounge. Not so busy today. Foid/drinks selection is ok. Toilet is not so clean.There's no sleeping room but an area with sofa and ottoman.
Above Ecco, first one next to escalator is for first class, walking to the end to business lounge

(Qatar Airways Itinerary) This is a shared lounge with Qantas. Compared to Doha and London Heathrow Lounge that are specific Qatar lounges, understaffed and scruffy. Very crowded.
