Absolutely LOVE this hotel. AMAZING interior design, my favourite hotel design in the world, till date..
Staff well trained, excellent services, great food, its a destination on its own! my friend preferred to stay at the hotel than going excursions with me, can't blame her!
There's a three Michelin star French and Moroccan restaurant we didn't try, we had pool side lunch, was exceptional. Breakfast was great too, with white glove service, silverware.
It may seem expensive compared to the other hotels in Marrakech, but you are not paying for one room, its three floors. with great service and facilities in the hotel, including the best, largest spa centre I've seen, over three floors of treatment rooms, pool, gym, hammam, steam room, sauna, resting rooms..you can stay the whole day there...we didn't have time to try the massage though.
