Apart from the flat beds (which were worn on the Shanghai-Delhi flight ), nothing else metexpectation. You have to ask for services, toilet paper is of poor quality, no sleepwear, no socks or slippers.
I booked two flights on two tickets. Check in staff in Shanghai are not able to see the second flight, so I had to go through customs and pick up my luggage and check in again in Delhi, luckily I had enough time to do this.
Cabin needs a facelift on the Shanghai to Delhi flight.
Cabins on both flights are not that clean.
You need to ask for services.
I left a drone onboard, they cannt find it
