My American Airlines flight from New Orleans to LAX was cancelled at the last minute ,A.A.were pathetic with their handling of the matter leaving many people missing their International flights. I was lucky to phone A.A myself and was given a flight 5 hours later getting into LAX with little time to connect to ANZ

(AA Codeshare with Qantas) Qantas was good, not excellent, just good. Seats are hard for such a long trip. Qantas has a lot of catching up to do, the alternatives are superior on the transpacific run.

AA Business seats were the best we have flown on. We have been in QF Business approx 12 times and the AA layout was great. However the onboard customer service was below average.

America Airlines very poor, old aircraft, seats in row 1 against bulkhead and no room to stretch legs. Seats barely recline so no chance of sleeping. Breakfast from Belize to LAX was cereal, banana, yoghurt! Service and seat barely better than economy, certainly not worth the extra cost.
