It's my first experience on Garuda. I heard about how great the seats and services are. I wasn't thrilled. The seat is almost flat, reasonably comfortable, aircraft seems old, bathroom was not that clean,services were average.
At biz class check-in, I queued for 20 minutes for them to check in one family, and was then told to go to a special seated check-in area .
Upon arrival luggage came out first.
It's the best option to fly between Australia and Indonesia, air hostess on Virgin said, she heard, Indonesia does not allow Australia airlines to bring flat bed aircrafts to Indonesia, so Garuda is the only option for a good sleep, seats on Virgin recline about 10 degree😲😱
