It’s a 4 hr 50 minutes flight. Business class Check in facility is really nice, at the new Istanbul airport. Lounge was great, onboard seats are nice, recliners, seems new, service is good, food a drink quality is good, taste is average. Onboard toilet is not too clean.Seating Recommendation

It’s a 4 hr 50 minutes flight. Business class Check in facility is really nice, at the new Istanbul airport. Lounge was great, onboard seats are nice, recliners, seems new, service is good, food a drink quality is good, taste is average. Onboard toilet is not too clean.

Seats are nice, wider, unlike most European flights business class using the same economy seats except having a blank seat in the middle.Food has good variety, just not so tasty.
the flight was delayed over an hour, some passengers were running, after arriving at Istanbul, the airlines should’ve organised buggies to take them straight to the boarding gates, but provided nothing to help these late passengers who are likely to miss the connecting flights.

Aircraft is a bit old.Food does not taste good, a lot of cheese. The salmon in the fish poke bowl is tasteless. The sweet omelette tastes good but too much cheese.
There are no snacks.
Staff are responsive.
The toilet is bigger than what’s on most airlines, but not cleaned frequent enough.
